The Best Sichuan, a Chinese restaurant with classic Sichuan cuisine located near Times Square at 47 W 39th Street in New York City, has announced a new and authentic private master chef Weimin Hong dining experience with their signature Sichuan spice for those who like it hot.

Master Chef Hong presents an authentic Sichuan dining experience with a 4-course meal in the restaurant's second-floor private dining suite for groups of 6 or more guests. A total of 18 classic dishes with The Best Sichuan's signature kick are offered, followed by dessert and accompanied by a bottle of wine. Want to make the evening last? Ask them to fire up the karaoke system for your own private after party.

Master chef of The Best Sichuan, Mr. Weimin Hong has been perfecting his Sichuan recipes since childhood. Mr. Hong's master chef taught him his own tricks to the trade, and is now the honored chief chef of China's state banquet. Mr. Hong's current team at The Best Sichuan now consists of his own students and colleagues.

The Best Sichuan seats 110 on the ground floor and offers an exclusive 40-guest private VIP dining suite upstairs.
