London Square Wandsworth Common is more than a residential development—it’s a vision for modern, meaningful living in South West London. Launching this May, the site’s debut showhome—a four-storey, four-bedroom townhouse styled by Laura Jackson, tastemaker and Creative Director of Glassette—merges architectural elegance with a deep sense of home.

The styling collaboration, brought to life alongside Thirteen Interior Design, transforms the 2,102 sq ft semi-detached townhouse into a layered, inviting environment. Each room reflects Jackson’s signature eye for balance and originality, featuring a curated blend of furniture, handmade artworks, and functional design pieces—many of which are available to shop via Glassette’s dedicated online edit.

Located adjacent to the 32-acre Springfield Park, the residence is part of a wider collection of 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom houses and 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, all designed to bridge the best of rural tranquility with urban ease. The showhome makes that mission tactile through Jackson’s layered aesthetic.

“Glassette is all about helping turn houses into homes, and having a great time doing it. It’s the thrill of discovering that one-of-a-kind piece that feels so you, and the joy of curating a space that truly reflects your personality. That’s why this partnership is the perfect match, it’s exactly what you need when moving home.”

Her selections bring that ethos to life. In the living room, a Flos handwoven tapestry sets a meditative tone, while in the study, a Midnight Navy Portico Rug by Late Afternoon pairs with the cheerful glow of a Buttercream Bobbin LED Lamp. Sculptural pieces like the Sin candelabra, Olivia Rose Durley’s artwork, and the Dar Leone bust punctuate each space with confidence.

For quieter design gestures, Jackson turns to Pelican House’s handwoven tapestry and Phadian’s curated book selections, which nest into daily rituals with ease.

Thoughtful Functionality Across Four Stories

Beyond aesthetics, the home has been carefully designed for real-life London families. A dedicated boot room includes a cleverly built-in station for dogs and muddy shoes—subtly nodding to the access to nature afforded by the development’s location, which is within three miles of nine parks.

The lower ground kitchen and dining level impresses both visually and practically, featuring a double butler sink, induction range cooker, and a shaker-style timber finish, softened by the colorful presence of Phaidon cookbooks and hidden pantry storage tucked behind seamless cabinetry.

Upstairs, the children’s rooms embrace joyful irreverence through a mix of textures and curiosities. There’s a matte peach lamp by Hannah Simpson Studio, a Queen of the Rodeo print, and a vintage-inspired Lucy Mahon artwork that bring gentle whimsy. The principal suite continues the rhythm of curated calm with white linen bedding by Rebecca Udall, brushed gold hardware in the ensuite, and a private dressing room leading to a balcony overlooking Springfield Park.
