Palm Beach International Boat Show Charts a Course to Luxury and Innovation on the High Seas
Luxury yachting, maritime innovation, and legions of boundless boating fans plotted a steady course straight to the scenic intercoastal waterway in West Palm Beach in March for the 43rd annual Palm Beach International Boat Show. With an impressive array of more than 1,000 luxury vessels, new larger foot print and added day for all the action, this year’s show saw significant expansion over prior years, exuding energy and excitement. As the largest Palm Beach yachting event ever, it showcased more vendors, maritime vessels and boating experiences than ever before, drawing an estimated 55,000 visitors.
Also scaling new heights this year was the drama and majesty of the yachts themselves with more than 45 sea-going beauties stretching 150 feet or longer and 200 superyachts that surpassed 80 feet in length, changing the landscape of the show and prompting attendees to think big.
