On Wednesday, April 9, celebrated chef Francis Mallmann will headline the next installment of the Chef’s Table Dinner Series at the award-winning Faena Miami Beach, in support of LA Fire Relief. Presented by Resy and Tock, this one-night-only event pairs culinary excellence with philanthropy, offering an unforgettable evening that underscores the power of hospitality to effect real change.

As part of a national fundraising effort tied to Netflix’s Chef’s Table, the series brings the show’s most influential chefs to select cities across the country for intimate dinners that benefit those affected by recent wildfire devastation in California. Following events in New York, Chicago, Savannah, Washington D.C., and Minneapolis, the series arrives in Miami with Mallmann’s signature culinary style as its centerpiece.

The evening begins at 6:30 PM with a cocktail reception in Mammoth Garden, Faena’s lush beachfront space set beside Damien Hirst’s monumental sculpture Gone But Not Forgotten. Guests will enjoy specialty cocktails before being welcomed into Los Fuegos by Francis Mallmann, the acclaimed restaurant known for its elemental approach to open-fire cooking.

The curated menu will showcase Mallmann’s renowned Argentinian Asado-style cuisine, including whole ribeyes, hung chicken prepared using the chef’s Dome technique, salt-crusted wild salmon, empanadas, and smashed potatoes. The meal will be complemented by a selection of fine wines, all served in the warm, thoughtfully designed atmosphere of Faena’s celebrated dining destination.

  • The Palisades Community Fund and Altadena Community Fund, which focus on both immediate and long-term recovery efforts.
