La Dolce Miami: Torno Subito Brings Aperitivo Hour, Elevated Tasting Menus, and a Music Week Surprise to Downtown
An Italian State of Mind—No Passport Required
Torno Subito Miami, the first U.S. outpost from world-renowned, Michelin-starred chef Massimo Bottura, is raising the bar—both literally and figuratively—on Miami’s spring season. Set atop the dynamic Julia & Henry’s building in Downtown, the restaurant has unveiled a trio of elevated experiences designed to capture the essence of la dolce vita while channeling the city's cosmopolitan pulse.
With the debut of a new rooftop aperitivo hour, a tasting menu complete with a complimentary bottle of wine, and an exclusive Miami Music Week performance, Torno Subito continues to blur the lines between fine dining and vibrant social culture.
Il Tramonto: Rooftop Aperitivo with a View
Translating to “sunset” in Italian, Il Tramonto is a weekday ode to one of Italy’s most beloved rituals: the pre-dinner aperitivo. Running Monday through Friday from 5 to 7 p.m., guests can wind down with $12 cocktails, including the playful Diavolo Daiquiri, Bellini Mojito, and the Margarita Royale—a citrusy sip with a bubbly twist.
Prefer something classic? Il Tramonto also offers $8 beers and $9 wines by the glass, all best enjoyed with half-priced bar bites like the decadent Emilia Burger or the crowd-favorite Rockster Roll. Framed by striped umbrellas and a color scheme that feels straight out of a 1960s Italian beach club, the rooftop terrace at Torno Subito invites guests to linger—and then linger a little longer.
The La Dolce Vita Tasting Menu (with Wine, of Course)
For those seeking a more immersive culinary escape, Torno Subito’s La Dolce Vita Tasting Menu delivers a rotating, eight-course experience designed by Head Chef Bernardo Paladini. Priced at $180 per person, the tasting menu showcases the restaurant’s greatest hits, chosen personally by Paladini with seasonality and spontaneity always top of mind.
As an added indulgence, each tasting menu now comes with a complimentary bottle of red or white wine, making the experience even more seamless for couples or groups looking to share an unforgettable meal. No two menus are exactly alike, ensuring every visit offers a fresh perspective on the chef’s favorite plates.
A Rooftop Soundtrack for Spring: Music Week at Torno Subito
On Sunday, March 30, Torno Subito will dial up the tempo for Miami Music Week with a surprise rooftop DJ set from a Grammy-winning, Italian-born electro-house legend, paired with a performance from Euro Nettuno, a rising Italian funk-house duo.
The $120 ticket grants guests access to this one-night-only event, complete with two handcrafted cocktails, passed bites, and a front-row seat to one of the city’s most intimate and stylish music week celebrations. The performance will take place from 6–8 p.m. on the rooftop terrace—a space where culinary excellence and high-energy music converge under the Miami sky. Tickets are available via Resy.
