This highly anticipated opening marks the second Florida location for Amal, following the acclaimed Amal Coconut Grove, and continues the momentum established by its Toronto flagship.

At the heart of the Amal brand is a deeply personal vision from INK Entertainment Group’s founder and CEO, Charles Khabouth. A proud native of Beirut, Khabouth has long championed the warmth, elegance, and culinary richness of his Lebanese heritage. Amal—meaning “hope” in Arabic—is more than a name; it’s a philosophy. Executive Chef Wissam Baki will lead the kitchen at Amal Las Olas, bringing more than 15 years of culinary expertise—including time at the InterContinental in Beirut—to the forefront.
