On the evening of June 5, 2025, Miami’s Design District welcomed a notable addition to its architecture-forward neighborhood as Linea Studio debuted the first-ever U.S. flagship store for LEMA. Located at 4141 NE 2nd Avenue, the new 2,456-square-foot showroom offers more than high-end furnishings—it introduces South Florida to a design philosophy deeply rooted in Italian heritage, emotional connection, and modern sophistication.
The opening event unfolded with the precision and elegance characteristic of the brand itself. Guests were greeted with Italian-inspired cocktails, red carpet photo moments, and a ceremonial ribbon cutting. It was a celebration that blended timeless luxury with a forward-facing energy, enhanced by the presence of LEMA President Angelo Meroni, executive Diego Romano, and internationally acclaimed architect Carlo Colombo.
The evening was a clear reflection of the brand’s identity: refined, tailored, and deeply intentional.
"Today, Lema begins a new chapter, embracing a vision that places the home at the center of everyday life; an environment that fosters a genuine and emotional connection with those who inhabit it."Angelo Meroni, LEMA President
This sentiment lies at the heart of the showroom’s unveiling—positioning the home not just as a place, but as an evolving emotional landscape.
Founded in 1970 by the Meroni family, LEMA has remained steadfast in its pursuit of balancing heritage with innovation. Now under the artistic direction of architecture and design studio A++, the brand continues to evolve without losing sight of its roots. The Miami showroom introduces LEMA’s latest collections, featuring harmonious lines, custom-crafted materials, and a restrained yet layered color palette that reflects its ethos of design as lived experience.
This is not furniture for display. Each piece is conceived as a modular tool of expression, designed to adapt to the rhythm and layout of everyday life. From signature systems like Armadio al Centimetro and Selecta to their expanding Casa and Contract divisions, LEMA offers tailor-made solutions for living rooms, bedrooms, transitional spaces, and commercial environments alike.
Bringing LEMA stateside is a major milestone for Linea Studio, the luxury design firm responsible for introducing the brand to the U.S. "Bringing LEMA’s first U.S. flagship to the Miami Design District is an incredible milestone," said Erika Naranjo, Founder and CEO of Linea Studio. “Not only for Linea Studio, but for the world of design in South Florida. LEMA represents the very best of Italian craftsmanship and innovation, and this new showroom is a celebration of that legacy.”
Miami’s Design District has long served as a magnet for global tastemakers and creative visionaries. With the opening of LEMA’s flagship, it further reinforces its role as a cultural hub where luxury, architecture, and design converge. The space is poised to become a destination for architects, interior designers, and discerning clients seeking immersive, customizable design experiences rooted in European elegance and contemporary function.
