Game, Set, Social: Privé Padel Redefines Destination Sport in the Hamptons

Padel may be the fastest-growing sport in the world, but at Privé Padel, it’s more than just a game—it’s a lifestyle. This summer, the highly anticipated brand has made its East Coast debut at the Montauk Yacht Club, transforming one of the Hamptons’ most iconic waterfront properties into a new home for sport, wellness, and elevated social connection.

Co-founded by Nicholas Solarewicz, a former professional tennis player and Wall Street banker, and Christopher Moore, a wellness entrepreneur with deep roots in the Hamptons, Privé Padel was born from a desire to create something beyond the court.

“Padel is more than a sport. It’s becoming a lifestyle movement that combines wellness, travel, and human connection.”
Nicholas Solarewicz, Co-Founder of Privé Padel

Privé Padel now anchors two state-of-the-art Spanish-built courts at 58 Star Island Road, the first and only padel courts in Montauk. The setting is intentionally cinematic: luxury yachts bobbing in the harbor, post-match cocktails within reach, and a laid-back-yet-sophisticated crowd redefining what it means to play, connect, and live well.

What Sets Privé Padel Apart

Padel itself is designed for connection. The doubles-based sport, which blends elements of tennis and squash, is played on an enclosed court where the walls remain in play, creating a high-energy, intuitive rhythm that’s as fun to watch as it is to play. Accessible to all levels, it’s no surprise that padel has taken off across Europe and Latin America and is now gaining serious ground in the U.S.—especially in luxury destinations like the Hamptons.

But it’s the Privé approach that sets this venue apart. The brand’s vision fuses sport with curated lifestyle experiences.

“Privé is not just about padel. It’s about creating unforgettable experiences in luxury destinations, building community, and living fully—on and off the court.”
Christopher Moore, Co-Founder of Privé Padel

Throughout the summer, Privé will host a series of curated events and brand activations designed to reflect its ethos: premium yet personal, athletic yet aspirational.

Accessing the Privé Experience

Privé offers a tiered membership model tailored to varying levels of play and lifestyle engagement. Casual players can opt for public, pay-as-you-play access—an inviting entry point for first-timers. Gold Membership includes preferred pricing, guest passes, complimentary gear, and exclusive monthly perks. Platinum Members enjoy top-tier access, including unlimited court time, clinics, and first priority on all reservations.

Open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., the club serves as both a training ground and a gathering space. It’s a destination for locals and travelers alike—an intersection of sport, hospitality, and culture in one of the East Coast’s most desirable enclaves.

Global Ambitions, Local Roots

While Montauk is its flagship, Privé Padel is designed with global aspirations. Expansion plans are already in motion, with forthcoming locations in high-end resorts and luxury destinations around the world. The brand’s mission is clear: bring the Privé experience to discerning audiences seeking wellness-forward travel and meaningful connection.
