Miami’s dining scene is about to welcome a bold new culinary experience as AVIV, the latest restaurant from James Beard Award-winning Chef Michael Solomonov and Restaurateur Steve Cook, opens its doors at 1 Hotel South Beach on March 14. This highly anticipated concept will begin accepting reservations via Resy on March 3.

A Celebration of Israeli Cuisine and Ancient Cooking Traditions

AVIV, meaning “spring” in Hebrew, merges traditional Israeli flavors with contemporary techniques, reflecting the culinary energy of both Miami and Tel Aviv. The menu showcases charcoal-grilled specialties, vibrant mezze, and signature flatbreads, all crafted with an emphasis on bold, rich flavors and impeccable technique.
