May 20th, 2025 – Zadig&Voltaire has officially arrived in the Miami Design District, ushering in a fresh era for the French label’s retail presence in the U.S. With the opening of its striking new flagship at 102 NE 40th Street, the brand fuses Parisian nonchalance with Miami’s creative pulse, offering a space that feels less like a store and more like a cultural installation.
Marking a significant move in the Americas, the new location embodies Zadig&Voltaire’s signature tension—where sharp tailoring meets offbeat ease, and elegant silhouettes brush up against punk undertones.
“With our newly redesigned space in the Miami Design District, we’re honoring the essence of Zadig&Voltaire—where simplicity meets edge, and elegance meets rebellion.”Kristen Sosa, CEO of Zadig&Voltaire
For a brand long aligned with creative expression, Miami’s Design District offered a natural canvas. The neighborhood’s dedication to architecture, fashion, and contemporary art mirrors the brand’s DNA, making it a fitting backdrop for the label’s Southeast flagship.
To mark the occasion, Zadig&Voltaire is launching a limited-edition Miami Design District tote in collaboration with the brand’s current artist-in-residence, JORMI. True to the brand’s art-forward philosophy, the boutique will also host a series of ongoing activations with local Miami creatives, including Barilynn Art, transforming the space into a living gallery of rotating events and community engagement.
“Miami is more than just a fashion capital—it’s a canvas for artistic expression, which makes it the perfect home for our Southeast flagship,” adds Sosa. “As a brand with deep ties to the contemporary art world, Zadig&Voltaire is committed to Miami Design District—a global destination for fashion, design, and art.”
The new boutique is also the first place to shop Zadig&Voltaire’s latest Summer Collection, presented in a sleek, open-concept interior that amplifies the brand’s commitment to effortless style and refined rebellion. This store joins existing South Florida locations in Aventura and Brickell, strengthening the brand’s regional footprint while serving a growing international clientele.
“Miami is a key market—not only for its fashion-forward sensibility but for its international clientele. This flagship is a major milestone for our growth in the Americas—and we’re just getting started.”Kristen Sosa, CEO of Zadig&Voltaire
Zadig&Voltaire’s Miami Design District boutique is now open at 102 NE 40th Street. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sundays from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Limited quantities of the exclusive MDD tote will be available in-store during the grand opening celebration.
