As Miami Swim Week came to a close, the buzz didn’t fade—it simply shifted beachside. On Saturday, May 31st, I found myself at The Sagamore Hotel in South Beach, where Montage Swimwear and Dippin’ Daisy’s threw a poolside bash, and it was everything but an afterthought.

The scene? Think high-glam meets laid-back luxury. Over 100 guests gathered to celebrate the official launch of Montage Swimwear, including Selling Sunset’s Bre Tiesi and influencer Kylan Darnell. Alongside them, designer Daniela Tablante and the full roster of Montage’s debut talent—twelve designers who each contributed their own capsule collection to the brand's inaugural release.

Each designer—names like Bre Tiesi, Brit Manuela, Freicheska Scalze, Kamila Davies, and Tiffany Keller—brought something distinctly personal to the table. The collections are inspired by vacation aesthetics and meant for everything from rooftop pool parties to jet-set getaways.

The Sagamore itself felt like an extension of the brand—iconic, stylish, and a little cheeky. I walked in to find a red carpet moment, a bustling photo booth, and the hum of DJ Vice setting the mood. Guests were treated to complimentary bites and sips—SunSips, Health-Ade kombucha, and Liquid IV among the most popular choices. Between dances and snapshots, I slipped over to the IV Concierge hydration station, where a few attendees got their energy boosted mid-party.

The gifting was equally generous: tote bags filled with goodies from Bond, Augustnoa, I.CANDY Energy, and of course, Montage and Dippin’ Daisy’s. And for a party that could have leaned into spectacle, it struck a sweet spot: chic but grounded, energizing but effortless.

What stood out most to me wasn’t the free drinks or the celebrity sightings—it was the sense that Montage Swimwear is more than a label. It’s a platform. A dozen women—most of them models, all of them creatives—are being given the keys to shape a brand’s identity from day one. They’re not just faces on a campaign. They’re decision-makers, stylists, and visionaries.

In an industry often driven by singular creative directors or corporate trend forecasts, Montage’s approach feels fresh. Democratized design, but make it fashion.
