RosaNegra Brings Latin American Elegance and Energy to Brickell

From Mexico to Miami: RosaNegra’s Grand U.S. Debut Delivers Elevated Flavors, Show-Stopping Design, and a High-Energy Ambiance

Miami’s Brickell district just got a bold infusion of Latin flair. Grupo RosaNegra, Mexico’s illustrious hospitality group celebrated for its electrifying ambiance and elevated Latin American cuisine, has officially opened RosaNegra Miami at the brand-new Dua Miami, Autograph Collection Hotel (formerly SLS Brickell). This marks the group's much-anticipated U.S. debut, joining a portfolio of flagship locations in Mexico’s most sought-after destinations like Tulum, Polanco, Cancun, and Los Cabos.

“Miami was the natural choice for our first U.S. outpost. The city’s rich culture and culinary diversity perfectly align with our vision to deliver bold Latin flavors, elevated dining, and unforgettable, high-energy experiences. We are thrilled to be able to bring the essence of RosaNegra to such a dynamic and globally connected community.”

A Culinary Love Letter to Latin America

Ginger Salad, Ribeye, Burrata con Mole from RosaNegra

Helmed by Executive Chef Omar Martinez, RosaNegra’s menu reads like a gastronomic tour of Latin America, weaving together influences from Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil. While the restaurant’s signature classics make a grand appearance, the Miami location also introduces exclusive dishes crafted to reflect the city’s electric food scene.

Start with inventive appetizers like Burrata & Mole or the fresh, flavor-packed Tuna Tostadas. Craving something from the sea? Indulge in raw bar staples like Shrimp Carpaccio, Salmon Tiradito, or Green Ceviche with Aguachile. For main courses, the kitchen’s mastery truly shines. The standout Super Colossal Octopus offers a visually stunning and flavorful spectacle, while the Orzo Pasta with Ribs takes comfort food to new heights with tender veal cheek, tomato compote, truffle, and blue cheese. Beef connoisseurs will be spoiled for choice with a premium selection of Kobe beef, Japanese wagyu, and USDA prime-quality Argentinian cuts.

“We’ve designed a menu that celebrates the rich traditions of Latin American cuisine, while capturing the unique vibrancy and flair of Miami. From the freshest seafood to the finest beef cuts, each dish is thoughtfully crafted to take guests on a culinary journey through the flavors of Latin America, offering a dining experience that’s both rooted and boldly innovative.”

Sips That Speak to the Spirit of Latin America

A restaurant’s cocktail program says as much about its identity as the food, and RosaNegra’s beverage menu is no exception. Paying homage to Latin America’s rich spirit culture, the bar lineup is as dynamic as its culinary counterpart. Signature creations like the Paradise in the Jungle (Brazilian cachaça, coconut liqueur, lemon juice, and avocado) and La Lola (Charanda-aged rum, passion fruit, lemon juice, and clarified strawberry foam) transport drinkers with every sip. For a bolder experience, the Luna cocktail blends Bacanora (a rare agave-based spirit from Sonora) with roasted pineapple, turmeric, green tomato, and basil.

The beverage offerings don’t stop there. The menu also highlights an extensive collection of premium tequilas, mezcals, and Mexican wines, each chosen to complement the diverse flavors of the menu. From a dinner toast to a late-night rendezvous, RosaNegra’s beverage program ensures every moment is worth savoring.

Where Modern Elegance Meets Natural Beauty

RosaNegra Patio

Designed by the acclaimed Clavel Arquitectos in collaboration with Grupo RosaNegra’s CEO Eduardo Beaven, RosaNegra’s Brickell space is as much a feast for the eyes as the palate. Spanning an impressive 13,600 square feet (including 4,600 square feet of outdoor dining space), this striking venue was brought to life under the ownership of Robert Rivani, President of Black Lion.

Step inside, and you’ll be greeted by an interior that exudes both warmth and refinement. Earthy tones, a striking wooden ceiling, and floor-to-ceiling windows create a sunlit haven during the day and a moody, romantic atmosphere at night. The bar area’s subtle lighting highlights captivating artwork that’s become a hallmark of all RosaNegra locations. Outside, the spacious patio sets the stage for alfresco dining, with woven basket chandeliers, lush greenery, and plush seating. It’s a lush escape from the bustle of Brickell’s urban jungle.

But the design’s true pièce de résistance is the hidden gem of the property: an exclusive speakeasy. This intimate retreat, shrouded in mystery, invites guests to sip expertly crafted cocktails in an atmosphere that’s both secluded and sophisticated.
