June 6th, 2025 – Miami’s celebrated Mediterranean dining destination, Doma Wynwood, is making summer Fridays taste a little more like the Amalfi Coast. Beginning June 6, 2025, the restaurant introduces a new 3-course Friday lunch soiree and a value-driven Miami Spyce tasting menu available Monday through Friday evenings—both crafted to deliver the warmth and flavor of coastal Italy, without leaving the city.

A Sophisticated Take on the Midday Meal

Doma’s Friday lunch ($35 per person) offers an elegant and approachable way to start the weekend, whether for a leisurely business meeting or celebratory escape. Highlights from the seasonally rotating menu include Zucchini Blossom Tempura with eggplant emulsion and Modena balsamic, Eggplant Parmigiana with fior di latte mozzarella, and a whimsical Crème Brûlée served with pineapple sorbet and passionfruit gel.

Dinner Goes Coastal with Miami Spyce

Evenings at Doma are now elevated by the Miami Spyce tasting menu ($60), drawing inspiration from the Amalfi Coast, Sicily, and the Ligurian Sea. The three-course format lets guests choose from a lineup of modernized Italian dishes such as Ricotta and Basil Ravioli in datterino tomato sauce, or Mazara del Vallo Red Mediterranean Prawns Carpaccio, finished with blueberry gel, Stracciatella, and yuzu caviar (with a $15 supplement).

Italian Elegance, Without the Airfare

“Our goal was to give locals who aren’t traveling this summer a taste of the Mediterranean. We wanted to highlight some of our most popular dishes while giving our team the opportunity to explore new flavors.”
Luca Lomonaco, Owner of Doma Wynwood

Both the lunch and dinner offerings reflect this ethos: approachable, polished, and rooted in regional Italian tradition.

Pairings Designed to Impress

Doma’s wine program is an attraction in its own right, with over 800 bottles, 75% of which are sourced from independent Italian vineyards. Wine by the glass starts at $14, while cocktails like the Dōmatini—a savory blend of blue cheese-infused vodka, Castelvetrano olive gin, and Lillet Blanc—bring depth and playfulness to the table.

Where Setting Matches the Menu

Whether dining indoors among clean, contemporary Italian decor or on the restaurant’s shaded al fresco patio, the experience feels curated yet relaxed. The ambiance, like the menu, is balanced with precision—an ideal reflection of Doma’s culinary point of view.
