Pembroke Gardens Welcomes LB Eatery & Wine, Anthropologie, and More for a Tastefully Curated Summer

Pembroke Gardens is stepping into a new chapter, blending culinary innovation with lifestyle refinement. Among the latest additions is LB Eatery & Wine by Paula Marsola—the culinary mind behind the much-loved Lady Baker—which offers a relaxed yet elevated destination where natural fermentation, seasonal ingredients, and curated wines take center stage.

Set in the heart of Pembroke Pines, LB Eatery & Wine builds on Marsola’s signature approach to food: ingredient-driven, meticulously made, and rooted in warmth.

“At LB Eatery & Wine, we’re celebrating the beauty of natural fermentation and a deep love for thoughtfully made food.”

The eatery will feature a versatile menu designed to flow effortlessly from brunch through dinner, all while spotlighting the season’s freshest ingredients.

A Culinary Expansion with Heart

While Lady Baker continues to serve its loyal following, LB Eatery & Wine marks a more expansive expression of Marsola’s ethos. The wine list is composed of natural and thoughtfully sourced selections, paired with rotating dishes and Marsola’s signature sweets. Guests can expect to find Lady Baker favorites seamlessly integrated into the experience, available alongside events like champagne tastings and charcuterie pairings.

The new space is more than just a restaurant; it’s an invitation to linger, sip, and gather. With its focus on natural wines and fermentation-forward cooking, the concept introduces something refreshingly distinct to the Pembroke Pines dining scene.

Pembroke Gardens’ Lifestyle Evolution

The arrival of LB Eatery & Wine is part of a larger transformation at The Shops at Pembroke Gardens. Anchored by its open-air format and community-centered design, the center continues to attract a well-rounded mix of national retailers and local favorites. Recent arrivals include Anthropologie, the beloved fashion and home brand, and The Container Store, known for its extensive selection of organizational solutions.

Also slated for a Summer 2025 debut are Crema Gourmet, a café known for its artisanal coffee and elevated breakfast fare; Aerie, the lifestyle brand from American Eagle; and Bluemercury, a luxury beauty and skincare destination.

According to Stuart Biel, Senior Vice President of Federal Realty Investment Trust, the expansion is part of a broader effort to elevate the center’s offerings while staying in tune with what the local community wants. “This refined mix of local favorites and trending national brands fosters an inviting atmosphere for connecting with friends and family,” Biel said.

Looking Ahead

The additions reinforce Pembroke Gardens’ positioning as a lifestyle destination that balances everyday essentials with curated experiences. LB Eatery & Wine, in particular, adds depth to the center’s dining scene with its focus on seasonal fare and thoughtful hospitality.

With each new opening, Pembroke Gardens strengthens its identity—not simply as a shopping center, but as a place where people gather, explore, and indulge in quality. As the summer unfolds, it’s clear that this South Florida destination is evolving with purpose and taste.
