A Season of Growth and Gastronomy for La Boulangerie Boul’Mich

July 18th, 2025 – La Boulangerie Boul’Mich, the beloved French-Latin café that has been charming South Florida palates for over a decade, is stepping into Summer 2025 with fresh energy—and even fresher flavors. Known for its artisanal baked goods, coffee perfection, and approachable yet elegant café cuisine, the brand is rolling out a series of ambitious updates that speak to its continued evolution: a newly launched Bistro Menu, the highly anticipated reopening of its Aventura location, participation in Miami Spice 2025, and an all-new outpost inside Downtown Miami’s historic DuPont Building.

“We’re thrilled to be growing in so many exciting ways this summer,” said co-owner Avy Cohen.

“With the return of Aventura, the launch in downtown, and the debut of our Bistro Menu, we’re creating even more opportunities for our guests to enjoy the food and community that make La Boulangerie Boul’Mich feel like home.”

The Bistro Menu: Casual Evenings with a European Accent

Now available at five locations—Doral, Boca Raton, Coral Way, Key Biscayne, and Pinecrest—the new Bistro Menu reimagines the La Boulangerie experience as a refined, European-inspired evening affair. Think brasserie meets bakery, with a lineup that’s as comforting as it is elevated.

Start light with Mini Crab Cakes served with avocado paste and dill tartar, Shrimp Cocktail in a pink horseradish sauce, or classic Escargot in butter-garlic. More adventurous diners will appreciate the Salmon Tiradito with soy-orange sauce or Moules Frites in a white wine cream bath.

For main courses, highlights include a Center Cut Tenderloin Steak with roasted potatoes and greens, Atlantic Norwegian Salmon glazed in teriyaki-orange sesame, and a luxurious Seafood Fettuccini Nero, tangled with mussels and shrimp in lemon-white wine cream. Vegetarian options aren’t overlooked either: the Wild Mushroom Ravioli is paired unexpectedly—and successfully—with escargot in a red wine soy-leek sauce.

Aventura Reopens with More of What Guests Love

First opened in 2015, La Boulangerie Boul’Mich Aventura quickly built a loyal following. Later this August, it returns—larger, refreshed, and better equipped to serve its growing fanbase. Guests can expect an expanded interior, longer hours (open until 9 PM Monday through Saturday, and 7 PM Sundays), and access to the new Bistro Menu in full.

Downtown Miami’s Historic DuPont Building Welcomes Boul’Mich

Another exciting chapter unfolds in late August, when La Boulangerie Boul’Mich opens its first Downtown Miami location inside the iconic DuPont Building. This new café brings the brand’s trademark blend of style and comfort to the heart of the city—an ideal daytime destination for business breakfasts, casual meetings, or leisurely bites. As the area continues to attract both corporate and residential development, the timing couldn’t be better.

Guests can expect returning favorites like Wagyu Smash Burgers on Brioche, Seafood Fettuccine, Clam Chowder, and a dessert roster that includes housemade Tiramisu and Chocolate Mousse.

Whether you’re lingering over a late-night steak frites, grabbing an espresso to go, or indulging in a multi-course Miami Spice menu, the experience is always served with care—and a touch of joie de vivre.
