On Sunday, August 3, Miami’s dessert scene gets a sparkling upgrade as V Gelato in Wynwood unveils its latest summer menu with a seasonal launch event that’s as community-focused as it is delicious. Dubbed the Summer Paw-ty, the open-to-the-public celebration will feature DJ sets, new drink debuts, playful giveaways, and a charitable tie-in with the Miami Veterinary Foundation—making it one of the city’s most feel-good foodie affairs of the season.
From 1 PM to 5 PM, guests can sip, sample, and socialize with their four-legged companions at 317 NW 25th Street, all while exploring a menu designed for Miami’s summer heat and unmistakable flair.
Leading the refreshment lineup is V Gelato’s brand-new FIZZ collection—sparkling Italian sodas crafted from real fruit and absolutely no artificial syrups or shortcuts. Each drink is offered in two playful formats:
CLASSY, served pure and simple
DIRTY, topped with a cloud of real dairy or gluten-free whipped cream
Strawberry Fizz – juicy, light, and summer-ready
Grapefruit Fizz – tangy and effervescent with a citrus bite
Orange Fizz – zesty and cooling, ideal for hot Miami days
Also making their debut are fresh-squeezed orange juice (pressed daily with no additives) and a strawberry lemonade that nails the sweet-sour balance using only fresh fruit and juice.
For those craving something creamy, guests will be among the first to taste unreleased dairy- and gluten-free gelato flavors, as well as boozy shakes and affogatos spiked with Deep Eddy Vodka—a cheeky twist on the traditional Italian espresso-and-gelato pairing.
These additions reflect the evolving creativity of V Gelato under the leadership of founder Eric Dorval, the only certified master gelatiere in North America, formally trained in Italy.
