Serafina Group founders Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato hosted a truly spectacular grand opening event for their newest location, Serafina Madison.
Located in the NH Collection Hotel, Serafina Madison is the most luxurious Serafina location in New York City to date and will feature stand-out items such as tableside pasta cooked in a parmesan wheel, freshly tossed table side caesar salad, salt-crusted branzino, and a private event space that can be transformed into anything for the perfect party.
New York notables came from far and wide to celebrate the latest opening, guests included Saturday Night Live Cast Member Devon Walker, former Real Housewives of New York Kelly Bensimon, New Real Housewives of New York Cast Member Ubah Hassan, and model Alina Baikova. Guests were treated to champagne, rose, and delicious bites including their signature spicy penne pasta and truffle best pizza.
Guests also enjoyed performances from Audrey Hepburn and Charlie Chaplin impersonators, as well as the ceremonial cutting of the pasta ribbon with Kevin Kim, the commissioner of the New York City Small Business Services, and Fabrizio Di Michele Consul General of Italy.
