I've been fortunate enough to call Todd English a good friend for the last two decades, and of all the people I have encountered in my life, he epitomizes the very definition of a bon vivant who enjoys life to the fullest on his terms.

At one point in his career, Chef Todd had 58 restaurants bearing the English name, and each project spoke to a different side of his expertise and personality, but all of his experiences have culminated into his latest project – The English Hotel. This labor of love embodies Todd's extraordinary talent and larger-than-life personality- irreverent, eclectic, cool, approachable, and of course trendsetting with a soul that celebrates good food and good times.
