Fairmont has partnered with Lot 35 Tea Company to offer a variety of herbal, black, green and white teas including; Fairmont's Signature Winter Blend with cinnamon and glove, Organic Egyptian Chamomile, Something Sweet with cacao bens, coffee, caramel and chocolate, Organic Gold Jasmine Dragon, and Organic Oregon Mint.
Executive Chef Jordi Gallardo and his culinary elves have created a savory and sweet menu to c. Fairmont's Modern Afternoon Tea fare is not served in the usual three tired silver tray, it's presented in a two-tiered wood and slate bento box. There will be no watercress on white bread in sight. Instead, guests will enjoy curried chicken, mango, toasted almonds, cranberry brioche, asparagus & egg, Dijon aioli, sourdough, cranberry mascarpone mousse, gingerbread cake and Earl Grey macaroons.
