While frigid arctic temperatures couldn't keep fashionistas away from New York Fashion week this year, it did dictate the mode of dress this season where coats and outerwear took center stage as well as boots and practical footwear.  Here's a look at our favorite looks from color blocked and jewel toned furs to neutral greys and graphic separates- proving that even the cold can't bar flair and style.
