Sushi by Bou, the destination for NYC's best omakase, can now be found on the East End at the newly opened Sushi By Bou Southampton. Sushi by Bou's Chef David Bouhadana, along with partners Michael Sinensky and Erika London from FB Hospitality Group, have continued their focus on finding underutilized spaces within existing establishments and transforming them into sexy sushi speakeasies. Each location of Sushi by Bou comes complete with a bar, an intimate sushi counter, and distinctly exclusive vibe, which will lend itself perfectly from May 23rd-September 3rd to the backyard patio of Jue Lan Club at 268 Elm Street in Southampton. The fast-growing, quick-serve omakase concept has two additional locations in NYC, one beneath The Sanctuary Hotel in Midtown Manhattan, as well as inside and outside of Jue Lan Club in Chelsea.
The new seasonal spot in Southampton is open Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner, offering up a $100, 60-minute omakase experience for dinner and a $50, 30-minute offering for lunch. Eight guests at a time are invited to experience Sushi by Bou's new patio sushi bar behind Jue Lan Club on the East End. The one-hour dinner seating will feature 15 pieces of sushi and a fresh seasonal hand roll, while the 30-minute lunch seating includes 12 pieces of sushi. Additionally, Chef David Bouhadana will be on hand both Saturday and Sunday nights to serve guests in the intimate sushi bar.
Chef David Bouhadana is recognized as one of the most innovative sushi chefs in New York City. Named a 30 Under 30 by Zagat, his passion and dedication to the art of sushi making has made him a force to be reckoned with, and his recreation of Japan's authentic fast-casual omakase concept is an experience guests won't forget.
