Crafted by Chef Ralph Scamardella and his culinary team, the menu will include items such as: *available à la carte or $85 pp prix fixe

  • Black Truffle and Spicy Pork Soup Dumplings
  • Sesame Scallion Bread topped with Glazed Pork Belly
  • Caramelized Pork Chops with Blood Orange Chow Fun
  • Mandarin Cheesecake with Pop Rocks dessert
