Now available for a limited time, the package offers guests a curated itinerary that begins in Palm Beach’s most anticipated new hotel and culminates in an exclusive evening at Florida’s only two Michelin-starred restaurant. It’s not just a stay. It’s a statement.

Tucked just off Worth Avenue, Palm House is the first U.S. property from L+R Hotels’ Iconic Luxury Hotels collection. It has quickly become the it-address for design-focused travelers, with interiors that playfully blend whimsical modernism and Palm Beach’s signature polish.

The Flagler Suite, centerpiece of the Michelin Moments package, sets the tone with its large king bed, elegantly appointed oversized living area, private balcony and two full bathrooms with a relaxing soaking tub. Guests will enjoy dinner at The Dining Room, the hotel's signature restaurant, which serves a Japanese-Peruvian menu that mirrors the hotel’s layered design philosophy—precise, unexpected, and confident.

Led by Executive Chef James Friedberg, L’Atelier continues to build on Robuchon’s enduring legacy—counter-style fine dining where the open kitchen becomes part of the performance. Friedberg’s approach fuses French technique with seasonal, globally sourced ingredients, delivered in tasting menus that feel simultaneously rooted and revelatory.

Since Michelin began awarding stars in Florida in 2022, L’Atelier has consistently earned the guide’s highest regional praise, further solidifying its place among the country's most respected fine dining rooms. It operates under The Bastion Collection, the group behind Le Jardinier, Bar Bastion, and other lauded concepts across New York, Miami, Houston, and Geneva, guided by Chef Alain Verzeroli.
