Pyramid Global Hospitality has always served more than just five-star check-ins—it serves experiences. With the appointment of Anthony Torres as Vice President of Food and Beverage, that commitment to elevating every bite and pour is now sharper than ever. Announced today, July 25, 2025, Torres steps into a leadership role that will steer the dining programs of more than 250 hotels and resorts across the U.S., Caribbean, and Europe.
This strategic hire arrives just as Pyramid is celebrating a string of prestigious culinary honors, signaling that the company’s F&B program isn’t just expansive—it’s excelling.
At the forefront of these accolades is the Signature Restaurant at La Cantera Resort & Spa in San Antonio, Texas. Recently recommended in the 2024 MICHELIN Guide (announced this year), Signature’s menu pays homage to South Texas terroir, with seasonal ingredients and elevated regional flavors leading the charge. It’s a nod that places the restaurant among the most notable dining destinations in the region—and it’s just one name in a growing list of Pyramid’s decorated venues.
In Florida, Delfinos Italian Chophouse at Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa was once again honored with Wine Spectator’s 2025 Award of Excellence—its third consecutive year receiving the distinction. With nine dining destinations on property, Hammock Beach exemplifies Pyramid’s holistic approach to hospitality, where wine pairings and ambiance are as carefully considered as resort views and golf greens.
Over in Cincinnati, Subito at The Lytle Park Hotel, part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, has been recognized by Wine Spectator for a second year. With its curated wine list and Italian-inspired menu, the restaurant is quickly becoming a Midwestern destination for discerning diners.

"Food and drink are an essential component to every travel experience, and Pyramid Global Hospitality is committed to creating standout moments that exceed guest expectations. I'm excited to join a company that places food and beverage at the heart of how travellers experience our hotels and the destinations they visit us in. I look forward to collaborating with our owners and talented associates to continue elevating our restaurants, bars and events."Anthony Torres, Vice President of Food and Beverage
“Anthony brings a clear vision and deep expertise that will be instrumental as we continue to innovate in this space. He’ll play a key role in strengthening our people-first culture and partnering with owners and on-property teams to elevate dining across every guest stay.”Isaac Hicks, Chief Operating Officer of Pyramid
From speakeasy-style cocktail dens and waterfront bistros to culinary destinations with MICHELIN distinction, Pyramid’s portfolio is anything but monolithic. The company’s global reach—anchored by offices in Boston, The Woodlands (Texas), Cincinnati, and London—is matched by its high-touch operational approach, PYRAMIDWORKS. Together with its Benchmark Resorts & Hotels collection, Pyramid continues to bridge service and strategy with impressive consistency.
With Torres now leading the culinary conversation, the stage is set for Pyramid to not only expand its influence in luxury food and beverage—but to redefine how guests remember their stays: one glass, one dish, one remarkable experience at a time.
