August 11th, 2025 – Kosher dining in Miami is about to get a dramatic new chapter. On August 17, 2025, acclaimed Paris-born chef and restaurateur Olivia Ostrow unveils Maison Ostrow, a French-Mediterranean kitchen and bar that pairs refined kosher cuisine with an unapologetically stylish setting. Certified kosher by the ORB, the 3,500-square-foot space is set to elevate Miami’s fine dining landscape with global ambitions and a Riviera-meets-Paris soul.

A Vision “Unexpectedly Kosher, Unapologetically French”

Known for raising the bar with her celebrated Ostrow Brasserie, Olivia describes her newest venture as:

“Bigger, bolder, and designed to transport you.”

Every element, from the layered interiors to the art-filled walls, channels her distinct Parisian lens, where French, Italian, Spanish, and Greek influences converge.

Maison Ostrow offers seating for 145 guests across its main dining room, full bar, Chef’s Table, and private dining room. Outside, a 40-seat terrace overlooks Biscayne Bay, ideal for leisurely brunches or sunset spritzes. The design palette blends soft stone, deep greens, and gold accents, all accented by pieces from Olivia’s personal art collection.

A Menu Rooted in French-Jewish and Mediterranean Heritage

Maison Ostrow’s menu reads like a culinary “love letter to the Mediterranean,” highlighting fresh, high-quality ingredients and an artful balance of flavors. Signature dishes include:

  • Ora King Salmon Carpaccio with citrus and truffle

  • Tuna Tartare on Brioche with quail egg and caviar

  • Dry-Aged Steaks and Whole Grilled Fish Platters

  • Homemade Pastas and Cod Beignets

  • Olivia’s indulgent Bread and Butter service

The restaurant will also introduce a rotating Chef’s Tasting Menu, ranging from five to seven courses with seasonal pairings, an in-house Épicerie offering house-made vegan butters, sauces, and rillettes, and Maison Ostrow Catering for high-end private events and galas.

Elevated Bar Program with Mediterranean Accents

In collaboration with a top mixologist, Maison Ostrow’s bar program emphasizes creative French-Mediterranean cocktails. Expect house infusions, refined spritzes, and inventive non-alcoholic options like a lavender Negroni or saffron gin and tonic. The wine list leans heavily on French and Mediterranean producers, with an emphasis on natural and organic labels.

Culinary Leadership with Proven Chemistry

Olivia is joined by Chef Christophe Bibard, a celebrated French chef and finalist on the European edition of Top Chef in 2011. With more than 20 years of classical French culinary experience, Bibard reunites with Olivia after their collaboration at Ostrow Brasserie, bringing his artistry and precision to the new concept.
