Helmed by the acclaimed Chef Martin Heierling, this Mediterranean seafood concept will transport guests to the sun-drenched coasts of Europe with an exquisite menu, immersive design, and an atmosphere that embodies seaside sophistication. Located on the resort’s iconic Lake of Dreams, PISCES promises an unparalleled dining experience where gastronomy meets artistry.
Designed to evoke the mystical allure of the Mediterranean Sea, PISCES is a striking fusion of deep ocean blues, shimmering bronze, and burnished copper. The restaurant’s bi-level dining room is anchored by a grand seafood display and an expansive bar, creating an atmosphere that is both intimate and theatrical.
Upon arrival, guests are greeted by an intimate entry rotunda, adorned with embroidered velvet walls and ebony wood accents. The interior unfolds into a visually arresting space featuring 400 hand-blown Murano glass orbs, rustic chestnut beams, and a Dijon suede ceiling. Throughout the dining room, mirrored portholes and sculpted ceramic vases—each representing sirens of the sea—reinforce the aquatic theme. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase panoramic views of the Lake of Dreams, offering an ever-changing backdrop that enhances the dining experience.
