Nestled in the verdant Tuscan countryside, on the rolling hills bordering the historical center of Florence, A magical marriage of style and history, this 19th-century aristocratic residence was built in the late 1860s by German financier, Baron Oppenheim, and subsequently turned into a luxury hotel. Having hosted dignitaries, artists, and international guests of great importance, such as the wife of Napoleon III, and Russian composer Tchaikovsky, among many, it quickly became a watering hole of the rich and famous.

Gleaming in pale pinkish peach hues, Hotel Villa Cora stands as an intriguing fusion of Italian glam with global influences. Its decor can be described as an elegant eclecticism of styles from different periods intermingled with a more traditional neoclassical Florentine design. Its opulent interiors are certainly reminiscent of the Renaissance, however in function and comfort, thanks to an extensive renovation, it has kept up with the times while conserving its original architectural character.

Villa Cora boasts 46 spacious rooms and suites, divided into the main villa and in two adjacent buildings.
