Prestigious Residence on North Flagler Drive Sets the Stage for a Transformative Design Experience Benefiting Youth Programs Nationwide

Palm Beach, FL (December 9, 2024) - Kips Bay Decorator Show House, the nation's premier design event organized by the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, has announced the location for its eighth annual showcase in Palm Beach, Florida: 1125 North Flagler Drive in the Providencia Park neighborhood. This celebrated event, which will be open to the public for three weeks starting February 22, serves as the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club’s primary fundraising initiative and will also support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County in benefiting the local community.

Originally built in 1937, the exquisite single-family home boasts 7,706 square feet of living space with five spacious bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and an expansive outdoor area featuring an inground pool.
