The food you eat has a significant impact on your hormone levels and function, and it's not simply a matter of what you eliminate from your diet, but also about incorporating healthy foods. Chronic stress is a major disruptor. It can lead to elevated cortisol levels, which interfere with progesterone, thyroid hormones, and even insulin sensitivity. Stress management has to be part of keeping your hormones in check.
