Inside Enclave at Wynn Al Marjan Island: A Private Realm of Elevated Luxury

Enclave at Wynn - King Living Room

Wynn Resorts has never been shy about grandeur, but with the reveal of Enclave—its most intimate and exclusive concept to date—the brand is rewriting what it means to offer a private resort-within-a-resort. Unveiled on July 2, 2025, and set to open in early 2027, Enclave will occupy the uppermost floors of Wynn Al Marjan Island’s iconic 1,000-foot tower in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

This invitation-only tier of the resort is designed as an architectural and experiential crescendo. It will be home to 313 meticulously designed suites—including two unprecedented Royal Apartments—alongside a dedicated restaurant, private pool and beach club, and discreet services curated for the world’s most discerning travelers.

A Destination Within the Destination

Guests of Enclave will arrive through a private, verdant entry drive before stepping into a soaring lobby reserved exclusively for residents. Past salon-like galleries and through secured elevator banks, each floor of Enclave hosts no more than 15 suites, setting a new bar for privacy within a resort of this scale.

The suites themselves range from 800-square-foot Enclave King Suites to palatial, two-story Royal Apartments measuring 16,000 square feet—designed in collaboration with renowned visionaries Anouska Hempel and Pinto Design. Materials, textures, and tones echo the Arabian Gulf outside—platinum, sea mist, sapphire, and soft gold—crafted with a rare hand and tuned to a tone of serenity rather than spectacle.

Wynn’s hallmark attention to detail is evident throughout, from dual in-room pantries curated with time-of-day amenities, to culturally attuned design choices that reflect the global clientele expected to inhabit this space. Anticipatory service isn’t a philosophy here—it’s built into every element.

Culinary Luxury with Lebanese Soul

Rising above the lobby is Enclave’s restaurant—exclusive by morning, open by invitation for lunch and dinner. During the day, breakfast unfolds in a luminous dining room awash in quiet elegance. By evening, it transforms into a vibrant homage to Lebanese cuisine, helmed by a renowned restaurateur making their UAE debut after acclaimed runs in Paris and Beirut.

Adjacent to the main gallery, the Lobby Lounge and Concierge Salon extend the residential experience with the elegance of a private estate. French doors open to a shaded veranda, where morning coffee transitions to afternoon tea and, eventually, to champagne and curated evening menus.

An Intimate Resort Experience Above It All

Beyond the suites and social spaces, Enclave introduces its own beachfront and garden sanctuary. Located along the resort’s eastern edge, the private setting includes three pools and a stretch of beach reserved solely for Enclave guests. Discreet beach butlers provide dining service at every chaise, cabana, and bungalow, orchestrating a seamless outdoor experience with Wynn’s trademark grace.

The setting adapts for every kind of guest—quiet solo retreats, stylish family time, or relaxed entertaining—all wrapped in the region’s most lush landscape. The emphasis here is not just exclusivity but composure: a kind of quiet luxury that whispers, rather than declares, its refinement.

A Jewel in Wynn’s Crown—and a New Chapter for the Region

Enclave is more than a suite category. It is a standalone hospitality concept shaped by the hands of Wynn Design & Development, the same team behind the brand’s most celebrated properties in Las Vegas, Macau, and Boston. Todd-Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design, described the endeavor as “cutting and polishing the facets of a rare and priceless gem.”

It’s also a deliberate response to what ultra-luxury travelers are seeking today: a sense of personalization, of meaningful privacy, of space that feels emotionally resonant and culturally aware.

With 1,217 total resort rooms, 297 Enclave suites, 24 dining venues, a destination spa, and a skyline-piercing spire set to top out later this year, Wynn Al Marjan Island is poised to reshape the hospitality landscape in the Middle East. Yet Enclave exists above all of it—both literally and in experience.

It is an address designed not just to impress but to endure, offering the rare kind of seclusion that feels intentional, not isolated. For travelers who value design that speaks softly and service that anticipates rather than interrupts, Enclave will be their key to the future of Wynn hospitality.
