Aktion Art and Aston Martin Present Connor Addison at Miami Basel

Hillary Latos

It was lights, camera, AKTION! Once again as AKTION ART Co-Founders Nick Hissom and
Kameron Ramirez teamed up with Aston Martin to present British artist Connor Addison at
the new Aston Martin Residences Tower in Brickell during Art Basel Miami.
Quickly garnering acclaim for his incredibly detailed Works on linen, Connor Addison is the
latest artist on AKTION ART's budding roster. A master of modern surrealism, Connor's cubic
figures act as characters interacting on a stage of monumental architectural landmarks – now
adding Brickell's exclusive Aston Martin Residences 66 story luxury Tower at 300 Biscayne
Blvd. Way to the mix.

Taylor John Smith

Guests mingled and entertained the art as they sipped on Bodvar Rosé and UME Plum
Liqueur martinis as DJ Ty Sunderland played upbeat hits to the glamorous crowd. "Where the
Crawdads Sing" star Taylor John Smith shared snaps to his Instragram story, while South
African media personality Bonang Matheba posed for photographs in between a $2.3m Aston
Martin Vulcan Hypercar and a 10-foot masterpiece Work by Addison.

and Teymour Vahabzadeh. Apollo, the cutting-edge technology platform that curates playlists
for digital art also a co-sponsored at the event.
