The event offered a first look at ORA by Casa Tua, a 77-story luxury development set to rise at 1210 Brickell Avenue.
Hosted by Fortune International Group in partnership with Casa Tua, the evening was thoughtfully choreographed to reflect the lifestyle ORA promises to deliver. Guests enjoyed handcrafted cocktails, elevated bites, and meaningful moments of connection—all hallmarks of Casa Tua’s signature hospitality ethos.
The project introduces 533 fully furnished residences, designed for seamless ownership with short-term rental availability upon purchase. Located in the heart of Brickell, the tower will offer a suite of resort-style amenities designed for modern luxury living.
Among the highlights: a 12th-floor pool deck with sun shelves, loungers, jacuzzis, and cabanas; a two-level fitness and wellness center complete with a hammam and couples treatment rooms; and a range of work-life amenities, including private office spaces, conference rooms, and content creation studios.
Adding to its distinction, ORA will feature a three-story open sky garden—a rare architectural gesture in Miami’s vertical skyline that invites reflection and connection through nature.
