The Hamptons’ social season may be known for clinking glasses and crisp white tents, but this June, there’s a refreshingly thoughtful twist. On Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons (ARF) unveils its newest summer signature: Rescues & Rosé. Hosted at ARF’s East Hampton campus and led by the organization’s Young Professionals Committee, the event blends everything you love about a classic rosé gathering—plus adoptable rescue dogs looking for their forever homes.
With chilled rosé poured by Wölffer Estate Vineyard, wines from Channing Daughters, and brews from Kidd Squid Brewing Co., the open bar sets a high standard. Specialty cocktails and a full liquor selection ensure there’s something for every taste. Elevated hors d’oeuvres and gourmet food stations—including a raw bar—bring culinary finesse to the afternoon.
But the real stars of the evening are the four-legged guests. ARF’s adoptable cats and dogs will be present for meet-and-greets, ready to charm attendees with a wag or a purr. The backdrop? A scenic East Hampton evening, soundtracked by live sets from DJ Pedrose.
More than a stylish soirée, Rescues & Rosé supports ARF Hamptons’ long-standing mission: to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need. Founded in 1974, ARF is one of Long Island’s leading animal rescue and adoption organizations. In addition to its shelter and adoption programs, the nonprofit provides essential community services such as a pet food pantry, free spay/neuter clinics for feral cats, and year-round dog training.
Proceeds from the event directly benefit these programs. As the event cheekily puts it: “Save Lives. Drink Rosé.” Few taglines capture the spirit of giving with such seasonal flair.
In a calendar packed with poolside cocktails and polo matches, Rescues & Rosé stands out not just for its style—but for its soul. It’s the only Hamptons event where you can leave with a buzz, a photo with a puppy, and maybe even a new best friend.
This summer, swap your typical Saturday plans for something that pairs just as well with rosé—compassion. Because in East Hampton, glamour and giving can absolutely go hand in hand.
