This summer, The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami introduces a series of thoughtfully curated events and offerings that redefine seasonal leisure for guests and locals alike. Anchored by partnerships with local tastemakers and cultural institutions, the hotel’s new programming spans fine dining, wellness, literature, and music—all designed to encourage presence, connection, and a slower pace of living in the heart of Coconut Grove.
At the center of the hotel’s summer calendar is the debut of the Isabelle’s Coconut Grove x Lennox & Grace Candlelight Dinner Series—a sensory dining experience that pairs elevated cuisine with the warm glow of hand-poured candles. Set across select weekends through September, the dinners offer an intimate ambiance where guests can explore Isabelle’s newly refreshed à la carte menu.
Highlights include the Seared Crab Cake and Mushroom Agnolotti, a rich three-cheese and mushroom-filled pasta finished in a wine butter sauce with truffle. For heartier appetites, fire-grilled steaks and chops—such as the 22 oz. 1855 Bone-In Ribeye—deliver robust flavor with a choice of classic sauces. Seasonal cocktails like the Garden Spritz (UNA Vodka, Lambrusco, signature tea syrup) and Kiwi & Jalapeño Margarita round out the dining experience. Reservations are available exclusively through SevenRooms.
