From May 2–4, 2025, the internationally renowned modern Japanese restaurant will launch a high-end pop-up brunch and lounge at Hard Rock Stadium—offering the only full-service sit-down dining experience on the Miami International Autodrome campus. Zuma Miami's Table Spread for Miami Race Week

A natural extension of Zuma’s reputation for excellence, the Race Week brunch experience is more than just a meal—it’s a curated escape for discerning racegoers and lifestyle enthusiasts alike. With three tiers of packages and daylong access to a sleek lounge and bar, guests are invited to indulge in everything from a lavish raw bar with caviar and king crab to live wagyu carving stations, bao buns, premium robata-grilled dishes, and a decadent Japanese dessert table featuring taiyaki with matcha soft serve and chocolate fountains. Multiple screens placed throughout the venue ensure that no one misses a moment of the action while savoring Zuma’s culinary offerings.

Three distinct brunch tiers accommodate every type of guest. The “Food Only” option ($198 per person) includes unlimited buffet access during a two-hour table reservation, while the mid-tier “Food, Champagne & Sake ONO” package ($348 per person) adds unlimited drinks including wine, spirits, and Sake ONO. For those seeking the full race day indulgence, the “Premium All-Day Access Pass” ($748 per person) offers unrestricted seating, full-day beverage service, and access to all lounge amenities. Children under 12 can enjoy the experience for $75.

To complement the culinary spread, Zuma is also unveiling a bespoke Race Week cocktail menu ($25 each), featuring elevated takes on fan favorites such as a Ketel One Bloody Mary, a Herradura Tequila Passionfruit Margarita, and a Frozen Sake ONO cocktail. The pop-up will operate in two seating windows daily—late morning and afternoon—with the bar and lounge remaining open from gates until campus close, offering an all-day escape for those looking to mix racing with revelry.

Zuma Serves Sophistication with Every Bite at Miami’s Premier Race Week Experience

For Zuma, which has a longstanding history of hosting exclusive seasonal experiences in global destinations from Ibiza to Kitzbühel, this Miami activation reinforces its place at the forefront of destination dining. With the roar of the racetrack just steps away and a menu that’s both playful and premium, Zuma’s Race Week experience is a powerful reminder that in Miami, the culinary stakes are just as high as the checkered flag.
