Nobu Hospitality, the brand synonymous with elevated living, refined dining, and immersive design, has announced its latest landmark venture in Kraków, Poland—marking a significant step in the company’s global evolution. Situated just beyond the medieval beauty of the city’s UNESCO-listed Old Town, the project introduces not only a new Nobu Hotel and Restaurant, but also the brand’s first-ever cultural district and residential development in Eastern Europe.
The result is a concept that blurs the lines between luxury travel, cultural engagement, and modern residential life—an ecosystem Nobu describes as a “city within a city.”
Developed in collaboration with SAO Investments, Poland’s leading luxury real estate investor, the Kraków property is designed to be more than a destination—it is a multi-sensory experience. Alongside 100 understated yet luxurious guest accommodations, the site will house an expansive cultural center including:
A theatre stage,
Cinema hall,
Recording studio,
Art gallery for global and emerging artists, and
A co-working space, seamlessly integrated into the hospitality environment.
Atop it all, a rooftop pool and state-of-the-art fitness center offer the wellness-driven polish Nobu guests have come to expect. At the heart of the development is, of course, a signature Nobu restaurant, where Chef Nobu’s world-famous Japanese-Peruvian cuisine will once again meet local context with elegance and precision.
The announcement also introduces 80 Nobu Residences, a pivotal moment for Nobu’s real estate portfolio as it expands into Eastern European residential living. Each home will offer high-touch hospitality and thoughtful design, granting residents access to bespoke services and exclusive Nobu benefits, including priority dining reservations, curated lifestyle experiences, and dedicated concierge service through an in-house experience team.
“This project is not simply about luxury real estate. The Nobu district in Kraków—genuinely a city within a city—marks a groundbreaking development and a pivotal achievement for Nobu in redefining modern urbanism as we embark on branding communities within a fresh framework.”Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu Hospitality
Kraków, long a jewel of European heritage tourism, is now evolving into a destination for luxury and contemporary culture. Nobu’s arrival reflects and accelerates this transformation, reimagining the city's role in the global design and culinary conversation.
“With our unwavering commitment to beauty, creativity, and innovation, this project will inspire and educate .Combining the best of art, architecture, and urban living to build a responsible, vibrant community that reflects the dynamic spirit of SAO and Nobu.”Grzegorz Skawiński, Co-Founder of SAO Investments
By uniting hotel, home, cuisine, and culture under a single architectural and philosophical vision, Nobu Kraków doesn’t just expand the brand’s global footprint—it redefines what luxury can look like in the heart of Europe’s most historic cities.
